Gravity Forms Date Time Calculator

Forms that collect dates and times can need calculations beyond simple number fields. This add-on lets Gravity Forms use Date and Time fields in calculations, so a form can work out the interval between two dates or times. It suits booking forms, event planning, timesheets, and other workflows where the result depends on when something starts or ends.

Calculations can use units from years and months to minutes and seconds. You can count weekdays or weekend days between dates, determine age for age-based form behavior, and use duration-based calculations with Gravity Forms Calculated Product fields. Formulas can also combine Date, Time, and Number fields, giving site owners and developers options for scheduling and pricing rules.

Features

• Use dates in calculations: Include Gravity Forms Date and Time fields in calculations, alongside Number fields, to build formulas based on information submitted in a form.
• Measure time intervals: Calculate the duration between two Date or Time fields in years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, or seconds.
• Count selected days: Count weekdays or weekend days between two dates for calculations that depend on business days or weekend schedules.
• Calculate age: Determine a user's age from form dates to support age-based pricing or form behavior, including preventing underage submissions.
