Gravity Forms Pipedrive Add-On

When form entries need to be added to a CRM, entering the same information by hand can take time and leave records scattered. This add-on uses feeds to send Gravity Forms submissions to Pipedrive as people, organizations, deals, leads, or activities. Teams can configure feeds for different forms and decide which type of Pipedrive record each submission should create or update.

Feeds can map form fields to Pipedrive fields, add optional notes to created records, and create a follow-up activity. People can be matched by email and organizations by name, with rules to update a match, skip it, or always create a new record. Deal or lead feeds can link a person and organization from the same submission, and record IDs are stored on the Gravity Forms entry.

• Store record references: The add-on stores Pipedrive record IDs on the Gravity Forms entry and adds a note containing links to those records.
