The plugin connects the donation platform with the CRM, reducing the need to enter gift details by hand and keeping fundraising records together in Salesforce.

New GiveWP donors are added as Salesforce contacts, and records can be matched by email to help avoid duplicate contacts. Donations create or update corresponding Salesforce Donation Opportunities. GiveWP subscriptions and renewals are also synced to Salesforce Recurring Donation records, so teams can track recurring gifts alongside other donation activity.
