Give Per Form Emails

Nonprofits often run several donation forms for different campaigns, causes, or programs. Give Per Form Emails lets you create distinct email messages for each form, so donors receive communications suited to the donation they made. Use it to tailor receipts, confirmations, or thank-you notes without managing every message as one general template.

The add-on works with GiveWP forms and sends customized emails automatically. You can include donor-specific details such as a name or donation amount, along with campaign information, to make each message relevant to its form. It fits organizations that manage multiple fundraising initiatives and want to handle donor communications within their GiveWP workflow.

Features

• Emails for each form: Create customized email templates for individual donation forms, with messages suited to the campaign or cause behind each form.
• Automated email delivery: Send tailored confirmations, receipts, and thank-you messages automatically after donations, without manually sending each email.
• Donor-specific details: Include information such as the donor's name and donation amount so each email reflects the donor's contribution.
• Campaign information: Add campaign details to form-specific emails, helping donors connect their message with the fundraising effort they supported.
• GiveWP form compatibility: Use the add-on with GiveWP forms to manage customized donor communications as part of your donation workflow.
• Multiple form management: Manage email communications across multiple donation forms for organizations running different fundraising initiatives at the same time.
