Overview

This add-on connects AmeriCloud Payments with GiveWP so charitable organizations can accept donations through their existing WordPress donation setup. Donors can enter credit card details without leaving the site, and the gateway also supports electronic checks through ACH. Keeping the donation process onsite gives donors one place to complete their contribution.

The plugin includes payment tools for organizations that manage donations through GiveWP, including recurring donations, one-click refunds, a virtual terminal, monthly statements, and transaction reports. It requires SSL and HTTPS on the site to safeguard donor data. The add-on suits nonprofits that want to accept card and ACH payments through their GiveWP forms.

Features

  • Onsite card donations: Donors enter credit card details on your website, without being redirected away from the donation process.
  • Credit card and ACH: Accept donations by credit card or electronic check through ACH, giving donors more than one payment option.
  • Recurring donations: Support recurring contributions through the GiveWP donation setup for donors who want to give on an ongoing basis.
  • One-click refunds: Use the one-click refund capability to return a donation through the payment gateway.
  • Payment management tools: Manage payment activity with a virtual terminal, monthly statements, and detailed transaction reporting.
  • SSL and HTTPS requirement: The plugin requires SSL and HTTPS on your site to safeguard donor data during payment processing.

Best for

  • Nonprofits using GiveWP
  • Charitable organizations accepting online gifts
  • Fundraising sites accepting card and ACH donations
