GeoDirectory Claim Listings

Directory owners can let business owners request control of their listings instead of handling every information change themselves. A claim button can appear on the site through a shortcode, widget, or Gutenberg block. The claim form opens in a lightbox popup, so users can submit a request from the listing page.

Administrators can review claims in the backend, approve or reject them, and undo an approved claim if needed. Approval can be manual or based on email verification or payment receipt. Customizable email notifications keep administrators and users informed, while verified listing badges and search filters help visitors identify claimed businesses.
