GamiPress - Submissions

Some activities happen outside a website, so a site cannot confirm them through automatic tracking. GamiPress – Submissions gives users a form to provide evidence for an achievement or rank. An administrator reviews the submission and approves or rejects it, making the add-on useful when recognition depends on a person checking the details.

Administrators can configure submission forms and include an optional notes field, where users can explain or add context to their evidence. Received submissions are managed from an administrative screen. This workflow fits education platforms, community challenges, and professional certification sites that use GamiPress to recognize completed tasks.

Features

• Configurable submission forms: Set up forms to collect information from users when they submit evidence for an achievement or rank.
• Manual review process: Administrators can review each submission and approve or reject it before the user receives recognition.
• Optional user notes: Let users add notes to explain their submissions or provide context for administrators during review.
• Submission management screen: View and manage received submissions through a dedicated administrative screen.
• Achievement and rank rewards: Approved submissions can unlock GamiPress achievements and ranks for the user.
• Verification for offline tasks: Use form submissions to verify activities outside the website, such as completing offline tasks or providing proof of an accomplishment.
