Formidable n8n integration

Formidable n8n integration connects form submissions with workflows in n8n. When someone submits a Formidable form, the plugin can trigger a workflow so submitted data can be processed or passed along as part of an automated task. This gives site owners a way to build workflows around customer inquiries, sales leads, feedback forms, and other form-based processes.

Workflow triggers can be tailored to form inputs or conditions, and submissions can be routed to services supported by n8n, such as CRMs, email marketing tools, and databases. The plugin is intended for Formidable Forms users who want to handle form data through n8n without building a custom-coded connection. Integration settings are managed within the WordPress dashboard.

Features

• Trigger n8n workflows: Start an n8n workflow when a Formidable form is submitted, using the submission as the starting point for an automated process.
• Set custom triggers: Tailor workflow triggers to specific form inputs or conditions, so submissions can start workflows based on their details.
• Route form data: Send submitted form data to destinations such as CRMs, email marketing tools, and databases through n8n.
• Connect supported apps: Use n8n workflows to pass form data to apps supported by the automation platform.
• Process submissions in real time: Trigger workflows immediately when forms are submitted, allowing form data to enter the connected process at submission time.
• Manage settings in WordPress: Configure and manage the Formidable Forms and n8n integration from within the WordPress dashboard.
