Formidable Google Sheets

When form responses need to be added to a spreadsheet, manual entry can take time and introduce errors. Formidable Google Sheets sends entries from Formidable Forms to Google Sheets as submissions arrive. This gives site owners a central place to organize responses from forms used for lead generation, surveys, registrations, or customer feedback.

Map form fields to spreadsheet columns to organize the data you collect. You can set rules and filters to control which entries are sent, and connect multiple forms to different spreadsheets. Entry edits can also be configured to update spreadsheet records, while shared Google Sheets let team members review and report on the data together.

Features

• Entry syncing: Send new Formidable Forms entries to Google Sheets as soon as they are submitted, keeping spreadsheet data current with incoming responses.
• Field mapping: Connect form fields to specific spreadsheet columns so submitted information appears in the places you choose.
• Workflow rules: Set conditions and filters to decide which form entries are sent to Google Sheets.
• Multiple form connections: Connect multiple Formidable Forms to different Google Sheets to keep separate data streams organized.
• Entry edit updates: Configure edits to form entries to update their corresponding spreadsheet records and keep the two sets of data consistent.
• Google authentication: Connect your website and Google Sheets using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication.
