Formidable Digital Signatures

Collect signatures as part of a form submission, so visitors can sign directly on your website. The plugin supports signing with a mouse, stylus, or finger, and signature fields can be adjusted to suit your form and workflow. This setup is useful for contracts, consent forms, and other documents that need a sign-off.

Signed forms and signatures are stored in your WordPress database for record-keeping. You can export signed forms as PDFs or share them by email. The plugin also works with approval and notification workflows, and supports multiple languages in forms and signature fields.
