Formidable Bootstrap Modal

A form can sit inside a modal window that appears over your website content. This gives visitors a way to view and fill out a Formidable Form without navigating away from the page. Use the modal to present forms for lead capture, feedback, or other data collection, with the form displayed in a Bootstrap-based layout.

Choose how a modal opens: automatically when a page loads, after a button click, or in response to a custom event. Settings let you adjust colors, sizes, animations, and content layout to suit your site. Responsive modal designs are built on Bootstrap, and the plugin supports Formidable Forms ranging from simple contact forms to multi-page forms.
