FooEvents Seating

For events with assigned seating, managing seat choices alongside ticket sales can be difficult. FooEvents Seating adds visual seating maps to a WooCommerce-powered WordPress site, where organizers can set up sections, rows and seating zones. Attendees can choose their seats as part of the ticket purchase process.

Organizers can set different prices for seat categories or locations and track which seats are available to help prevent overbooking. The plugin works with WooCommerce Tickets and Bookings, and seat assignment and registration information can be exported for event operations. It suits events such as concerts, conferences and theater shows that need assigned seats.

Features

• Visual seating maps: Create seating layouts for venues, including sections, rows and special seating zones, and manage seat availability through the map.
• Seat selection at checkout: Let attendees view the seating chart and select their preferred available seats during the ticket purchase process.
• Different seat prices: Set different prices for seat categories or locations, such as distinct seating areas within a venue.
• Availability updates: Keep seat inventory synchronized as customers make selections, helping prevent attendees from choosing seats that are no longer available.
• WooCommerce compatibility: Works with WooCommerce Tickets and Bookings to connect seat selection with event ticketing and bookings.
• Seat assignment records: Export attendee registration and seat assignment data to help organizers prepare for event check-in and operations.
