Everest Forms SMS Notifications

Form submissions can need a quick follow-up, such as an appointment confirmation or an alert for a support request. This extension sends SMS notifications when a form is submitted, so users or administrators can receive the information by text. It gives sites using Everest Forms another way to share submission details alongside their other form communications.

You can customize message content with form data and dynamic variables, choose multiple recipients, and set conditions for sending texts based on form entries or responses. The plugin also connects with SMS gateways and lets you configure notification settings and rules in the Everest Forms dashboard. Use it for appointment confirmations, submission alerts, or other form-related messages.

Features

• Submission text alerts: Send SMS notifications to users or administrators when a form is submitted.
• Custom message content: Personalize text messages with form data and dynamic variables to suit the notification.
• Multiple recipients: Send a notification to multiple users or administrators for the same form submission.
• SMS gateway connections: Connect the plugin with SMS gateways to send form-related text messages.
