EventON - Virtual Plus

Virtual events often need more than a date and a link. This add-on gives EventON organizers tools for managing live sessions and sharing event materials around the session. You can make pre-event resources available to attendees, set when they appear, and keep post-event content available for a chosen duration.

For live events using Jitsi, moderators can start, pause, or end guest video access. The add-on can also require guests to sign in before viewing live content, with RSVP and ticketing add-ons supporting sign-in and attendance tracking. Event information on the single event page refreshes automatically, so organizers can keep details current without asking visitors to reload.

Features

• Jitsi moderator controls: Moderators can start, pause, or end guest access to a Jitsi live video session, helping them manage the session flow.
• Automatic event refresh: Virtual event information on the single event page updates automatically, keeping the displayed details current without a manual refresh.
• Pre-event materials: Share handouts, video guides, and other relevant materials before an event, and schedule when attendees can view them.
• Post-event content access: Keep event materials available after a session ends and set how long attendees can access that content.
• Guest sign-in controls: Require attendees to sign in before viewing live event content, with RSVP and ticketing add-ons supporting sign-in and attendance tracking.
• Attendee sign-in management: Use the event manager interface to monitor and manage attendee sign-ins, giving organizers a view of guest participation.
