EventOn QR Code Add-on

Checking in guests manually can slow entry and make it harder to track attendance. This add-on places unique QR codes on EventON tickets and RSVP confirmations. Staff can scan them with a mobile device camera, a handheld scanner, or the HTML5 web-based scanner, then review ticket information during verification.

The check-in page displays attendee and ticket details, with color-coded indicators for ticket status and type. Organizers can set up a check-in station on a webpage using a shortcode and limit scanning access to selected staff or admin roles. It also works with the EventON Tickets and RSVP add-ons, including RSVP waitlist attendee status.
