Easy Digital Downloads - User History

When customers have questions about a purchase or a file, store owners may need to check what each person has bought and downloaded. This plugin keeps user activity and download history available for review, so you can find relevant information when handling support requests or managing access to digital products.

The plugin works with an existing Easy Digital Downloads setup and presents user histories through a dashboard. Reports can help you identify top customers, popular products and engagement trends. These records may also inform marketing decisions, such as creating targeted promotions or tailoring experiences for customers.
