Easy Digital Downloads - Slack

Store owners and teams can receive updates in Slack instead of checking the store dashboard for each event. The plugin sends notifications for new orders, customer registrations, completed payments, and issued refunds, so store activity is visible in the team's existing workspace.

Choose which Slack channels receive specific alerts to direct store updates to the relevant people. This setup suits digital product shops and marketplaces that use Slack to share information about sales and customer activity across a team.

Features

• New order alerts: Receive a Slack notification for each new purchase in your Easy Digital Downloads store, keeping your team informed about incoming orders.
