Easy Digital Downloads - Mad Mimi

Managing customer emails separately from store activity can make it harder to tailor messages to what people have purchased. This plugin connects Easy Digital Downloads with Mad Mimi and syncs customer and purchase data, helping keep mailing lists current. Store owners can use that information to shape campaigns around customer behavior and purchase history.

The integration is managed from the WordPress dashboard. It supports audience segmentation based on purchase activity, spending habits, and other customer attributes, along with automated workflows for follow-ups, product recommendations, and abandoned cart reminders. It suits digital product sellers who want to coordinate email marketing with activity in their Easy Digital Downloads store.
