Easy Digital Downloads - Acquisition Survey

Digital product sellers can use this plugin to ask customers about the source of their visit during checkout. The survey is part of the Easy Digital Downloads purchase flow, so responses are collected alongside orders. Customers can also specify a source when they choose “other,” giving sellers more detail about how people discover their store.

Survey settings let store owners manage the acquisition questions and decide whether logged-in customers who have ordered before should see the survey. Sellers can review acquisition information in reports and include the acquisition method in order exports. This makes the plugin useful for stores that want to track customer-reported discovery sources as part of their regular order review.
