WooCommerce Downloadable Product Update E-mails

Customers who purchased a downloadable product may need to know when its files change. This plugin automates update notifications by emailing customers when a downloadable product is updated, so store owners do not have to follow up manually. It is designed for WooCommerce stores selling items such as software, eBooks, and digital assets.

Store owners can customize email content, subject lines, and design to match their brand, and choose which product updates send notifications. The plugin also tracks sent messages and update history. It recognizes WooCommerce download restrictions when sending notices, and works with popular translation plugins for customer communications in different languages.

Features

• Automatic update emails: Send customers an email notification when a downloadable product is updated, helping them know when a newer file version is available.
• Custom email content: Adjust notification content, subject lines, and design to reflect your store's brand and the information you want to share.
• Selective update notices: Choose which product updates trigger emails, so notifications can be limited to changes relevant to your customers.
• Notification history: Review sent notifications and update history to keep track of customer messages and investigate communication issues.
• Download restriction awareness: The plugin recognizes download restrictions set in WooCommerce and takes those restrictions into account when sending notifications.
• Translation plugin compatibility: Work with popular translation plugins to send downloadable product update notifications in customers' preferred languages.
