AutomatorWP - Masteriyo LMS

Managing course activity can involve repeated tasks, such as responding to enrollments, tracking progress, and notifying learners. This plugin connects Masteriyo LMS with AutomatorWP so activity in courses and quizzes can trigger automated workflows. Educators can use those workflows to handle routine student management and provide timely responses as learners move through a course.

Set up automation recipes around actions such as course enrollment, lesson completion, quiz attempts, and course completion. Depending on the workflow, the plugin can send notifications, award badges, update user roles, issue certificates, or unlock content. It suits online learning sites that want to connect learner activity with follow-up actions.

Features

• Course activity triggers: Start workflows in response to learner actions, including course enrollment, lesson completion, and course completion.
• Quiz-based automation: Use quiz submissions and attempts as triggers for automated actions within an online learning site.
• Automated notifications: Send notifications in response to learner milestones or other activity connected to a workflow.
• Role updates: Automatically update a learner's user role when the activity or milestone specified in a workflow occurs.
• Badges and content access: Award badges or unlock content based on learner progress, giving course sites ways to respond to activity.
• Certificate actions: Issue certificates automatically when learners reach milestones set in an automation workflow.
