AffiliateWP Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms

This plugin lets you use a Ninja Forms form for affiliate registration. Build the signup form in Ninja Forms, then map its fields to AffiliateWP affiliate account fields to capture the information you need. This gives site owners control over the form layout and the details collected during registration.

When someone submits the form, the plugin registers the affiliate in AffiliateWP. Ninja Forms conditional logic can control how the form behaves, while AffiliateWP handles its affiliate approval process, email notifications, and referral tracking. It suits sites that use both plugins and want affiliate signups to run through a form they can customize.

Features

• Turn forms into signup forms: Use any Ninja Forms form as an affiliate registration form connected to AffiliateWP.
• Customize form fields: Build and customize the registration form with the Ninja Forms builder, including the fields used to collect affiliate information.
• Map affiliate account fields: Map Ninja Forms fields to AffiliateWP affiliate account fields to connect submitted information with the relevant account details.
