Overview

Rental businesses need a clear way to present accommodations and let guests check availability and make reservations. AlpenHouse provides property listings with photos, amenities, availability details, and optional services. The theme is suited to vacation rentals, chalets, guest houses, gîtes, hotels, and resort residences, giving hosts a site organized around the places they offer.

The integrated property management system uses the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin to handle booking rules, reservations, and payments. Hosts can set stay limits and check-in or check-out restrictions, vary rates by season or length of stay, and sync availability with online travel agencies through iCal. Guests can book online, while automated emails can share booking and payment updates.
