Hotel Booking Notifier

Accommodation providers often need to send guests instructions and updates at several points during a stay. Hotel Booking Notifier lets you schedule emails in relation to check-in and check-out, and trigger messages around booking events. Use it to share arrival details, house rules, or post-stay feedback requests without preparing each message manually.

Set up notifications for guests, administrators, housekeepers, or custom email addresses. Templates can include booking-specific details through macros, and messages can be customized for different accommodation types. The plugin also supports general emails for bookings, such as information about breakfast or local attractions, and can connect to Mailchimp to subscribe guests to email marketing lists.
