Ninja Forms Slack

Form entries can be easy for a team to miss when they are checked separately from its day-to-day conversations. Ninja Forms Slack sends an alert to Slack when a Ninja Forms submission arrives, giving sales staff, support teams, or contractors a shared place to see incoming information and respond.

Add a Slack action to a form and tailor the alert message with relevant form data. Notifications can go to different Slack channels based on the form or submission context, so teams can direct entries to the right department. Mentions can draw specific team members' attention, while emoji can help identify alerts.

Features

• Submission alerts: Send Slack notifications when a Ninja Forms entry arrives, so teams can see leads, support requests, and other form messages.

• Channel routing: Send alerts to different Slack channels based on the form or submission context, directing entries to the relevant team.
• Team mentions: Use Slack @mentions in alerts to draw specific team members' attention to a form submission.
• Emoji in alerts: Add custom emoji icons to Slack notifications to help team members identify different types of form entries.
• Form-level Slack action: Add a Slack action to a Ninja Form to connect that form's submissions with the team's Slack notifications.
