Contact Form 7 Data Storage

Form submissions sent by email can be hard to find later, especially when a message is missed or misplaced. Contact Form 7 Data Storage keeps a copy of submissions in your WordPress database, so site owners have a stored record alongside their usual email handling. It suits sites that collect inquiries, sign-ups, or other information through supported forms.

The plugin provides dashboard tools for viewing and managing entries, with filtering to help organize stored submissions. Each record can include the form name, the page URL, submission date, IP address, and the submitted form fields. Export and import functions help move stored data between WordPress sites.

Features

• Database submission storage: Save form submissions in the WordPress database, keeping a record on the site in addition to submission emails.
• Supported form plugins: Works with Contact Form 7, Caldera Forms, and Fast Secure Contact Form to store submissions from these form builders.
• Dashboard entry management: View, filter, and manage stored form entries from the WordPress dashboard.
• Submission details: Store the form name, page URL, submission date, IP address, and submitted fields with each entry.
• Data export and import: Export stored submission data and import it between WordPress sites.
