NEX-Forms - Super Selection Form Field Add-on

Default selection controls can be difficult to style to match a site's forms. This add-on lets you customize radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown selects, and spinner selects with icons and separate on and off colors for each option. Use image selections or icons to give visitors a more visual way to choose, and adjust the field appearance to suit your site's forms.

The add-on also provides animations for selections and lets you link selection fields to other form fields for more responsive form behavior. It offers over 1,500 icons and over 70 animations, and supports icon libraries such as FontAwesome. Its responsive design is suited to forms viewed on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
