FacetWP A-Z Listing

Large directories and catalogs can be difficult to browse when visitors need a particular entry. This FacetWP add-on places an A-Z index alongside listings, letting visitors filter results by the first letter of a selected data source. Site owners can choose a post attribute or custom field, so the index can follow the information that makes the most sense for their content.

The alphabetical filter works within FacetWP and can be combined with other facets, such as checkboxes, dropdowns, search, and range filters. Visitors can clear the selection by choosing the active letter again or using the “Any” link. Site owners can set a custom alphabet, remove accents from letters, and adjust the “Any” label to suit the listing.
