Overview

Gravity Forms submissions usually sit in the site dashboard. Entry Blocks lets you display those entries on the front end, including on pages, posts, and widgets. This can help site owners present form content as testimonials, portfolios, or other collections that need regular updates.

Add the dedicated entries block in the WordPress Block Editor, then choose a default table layout or use an entries loop to create a custom display with compatible blocks. You can also edit or delete entries from the front end, filter and sort submissions, and use Gravity Forms conditional logic to control what content appears.

Features

  • Front-end entry display: Add Gravity Forms submissions to pages, posts, and widgets with the dedicated entries block in the WordPress Block Editor.
  • Edit and delete entries: Edit or delete form entries directly on the front end, without managing those changes through the WordPress dashboard.
  • Table and custom layouts: Choose an Entries Table layout for a ready-made display, or use the Entries Loop to create a custom presentation.
  • Filter and sort submissions: Filter entries by date, user, or other criteria, then sort them to organize the submissions shown on your site.
  • Conditional logic: Use Gravity Forms conditional logic with Entry Blocks to show or hide content based on information in an entry.
  • Block-based customization: Build entry displays in the WordPress Block Editor using compatible blocks to shape the layout around your site content.

Best for

  • WordPress sites using Gravity Forms
  • Sites publishing form-based testimonials
  • Portfolio sites managing submissions

  • Fixed Fixed an issue where the value field in the Conditional Logic dialog could lose focus after every character typed when other block plugins were active.
