Gravity Perks Randomizer

Gravity Perks Randomizer lets you shuffle choices in choice-based fields, rearrange fields, or select a pool of fields and display a set number from that pool. Use these options for surveys, quizzes, assessments, questionnaires, and other Gravity Forms where varied questions or answer orders fit the task.

Randomized ordering stays consistent as a visitor fills out a form, including across multiple pages and validation errors. The plugin can also randomize dynamically populated choice fields with Populate Anything, and it works with caching solutions so choice orders can still vary when a form page is served from cache.
