Gravity Forms Square

The plugin lets you add Square payment processing to forms built with Gravity Forms. Use it to collect one-time payments or set up recurring subscription billing. This gives businesses a way to accept payments for online orders, donations, event registrations, and other offerings through forms on their WordPress sites.

Payment options include authorizing a transaction at checkout and capturing the funds later. You can also issue refunds from the WordPress dashboard, create posts after successful payments, and register users while collecting one-time or recurring fees. These capabilities suit businesses that want payment collection and related tasks handled through their WordPress forms.

Features

• One-time payments: Collect a single payment through a Gravity Forms form connected to Square, for orders, donations, event registrations, or other offerings.
• Recurring subscriptions: Set up recurring billing through customizable Gravity Forms to collect subscription payments from customers.
• Authorize and capture: Authorize a payment during checkout, then capture the funds later when you are ready to complete the charge.
• Dashboard refunds: Issue refunds from the WordPress dashboard without leaving your site to manage the transaction.
• Posts after payment: Automatically create WordPress posts after successful payments, a fit for selling access to premium posts.
• User registration fees: Register users and collect one-time or recurring fees within a single form for membership or subscription services.
