AffiliateWP Affiliate Forms For Gravity Forms

Default affiliate registration forms may not collect the details a business needs or match its site’s form style. This add-on lets you turn a Gravity Forms form into an affiliate registration form, using Gravity Forms’ form-building options to shape the fields and signup flow.

The add-on sends information collected through the form to AffiliateWP for affiliate registration. Gravity Forms field types and conditional logic can support forms that change based on an applicant’s answers, including multi-step signup forms. You can also set success messages and notifications, and collect information through file uploads.

Features

• Convert a form: Use any Gravity Forms form as an affiliate registration form, with fields and layout tailored to your affiliate signup needs.
• Conditional form logic: Use Gravity Forms conditional logic to guide applicants through a signup form based on the information they provide.
• Multi-step registration: Build a multi-step affiliate registration process with Gravity Forms to organize the signup flow into stages.
• Affiliate data registration: Information submitted through the form is registered in AffiliateWP, connecting applications with your affiliate management system.
• Success messages and notifications: Customize the success messages and notifications shown during registration to provide applicants with clear, branded communication.
• File uploads and details: Accept file uploads and collect detailed information through the registration form to gather the details your affiliate program requests.
