AffiliateWP Zapier - Automated Tasks

Managing an affiliate program can involve repeating tasks across several apps, from recording new affiliates to sharing referral details with a team. This plugin sends AffiliateWP events to Zapier, where they can trigger workflows in connected apps. It gives site owners and affiliate managers a way to coordinate those tasks without writing code.

Choose new affiliate registrations, referrals, or processed payouts as workflow triggers. For example, a new affiliate can prompt a welcome email or a CRM entry, while a payout can start an accounting record or team alert. The plugin suits WordPress sites that use AffiliateWP and want affiliate activity to prompt tasks in other apps through Zapier.

Features

• New affiliate triggers: Start a Zapier workflow when someone registers as a new affiliate, with options such as sending a welcome email or creating a CRM entry.
• Referral event workflows: Use tracked referrals to trigger actions in other apps, such as sharing referral details with external tools or notifying a marketing team.
• Payout notifications: Trigger a workflow when an affiliate payout is processed, such as creating an accounting record or sending a team alert.
• Connect with Zapier apps: Send AffiliateWP events into Zapier workflows that use apps such as CRMs, email marketing tools, project management software, and accounting software.
• No-code workflow setup: Build custom workflows in Zapier's visual builder without writing code, using affiliate registrations, referrals, and payouts as event triggers.
