EventOn RSS Feed Add-on

EventON RSS Feed Add-on turns event details from an EventON calendar into an RSS feed. Visitors can subscribe using their preferred RSS reader and follow new or updated event information. This gives event organizers a way to share calendar content with people who prefer to keep track of events through RSS.

The add-on lets you place an RSS subscription button on an EventON calendar with a shortcode attribute. You can customize the feed URL, create feeds for specific event types, and choose whether events are sorted by published date or start time. A setting can also hide past events. The plugin requires the EventON main plugin.

Features

• RSS event feed: Generate an RSS feed from your EventON events so visitors can subscribe and receive event information through their preferred RSS readers.
• Custom feed URLs: Change the feed URL and create event type-specific feed URLs to fit the structure of your website.
• Calendar subscription button: Add an RSS subscription button to an EventON calendar using a shortcode attribute.
• Choose event sorting: Set feed events to sort by their published date or start time, depending on how you want subscribers to see them.
• Hide past events: Use the option to hide past events from the feed, keeping its event listings focused on current and upcoming items.
• XML feed output: The add-on produces formatted XML feeds for use with RSS readers and aggregators.
