EventOn RSVP Events Waitlist Add-on

When an event reaches its RSVP capacity, guests can join a waitlist through the event card. They can see the waitlist count and receive waitlist-specific confirmation messages. If a confirmed guest cancels, the add-on can move a waitlisted guest into the attendee list and notify guests when a spot becomes available.

Organizers can view, sort, and manage waitlisted guests from the event dashboard, move people between the waitlist and attendee lists, and send targeted emails to waitlisted participants. RSVP and waitlist capacities and preferences are managed from the event edit page. The add-on fits sites using EventON with its RSVP Events Add-on.
