Zapier for AffiliateWP

Managing an affiliate program can involve copying information between AffiliateWP and tools for email, accounting, communication, or record keeping. Zapier for AffiliateWP links these workflows through Zapier, so events in AffiliateWP can send information to connected apps. For example, a new affiliate can trigger an update to an email marketing list, while a referral can add information to a spreadsheet.

The plugin supports triggers for affiliates, referrals, visits, creatives, and payouts, along with actions for adding or updating affiliates and referrals. You can choose which event types send notifications and build workflows around the parts of your program you need to manage. API key authentication uses AffiliateWP’s REST API Extended add-on.

Features

• Affiliate event triggers: Start a Zap when affiliates, referrals, visits, creatives, or payouts are created, updated, or deleted in AffiliateWP.
• Affiliate and referral actions: Use Zapier actions to add or update affiliate and referral records in AffiliateWP from connected workflows.
• Event notification controls: Enable notifications separately for affiliates, referrals, creatives, visits, and payouts to choose which event data is sent.
• Email list updates: Add or update affiliate contacts in email marketing services when affiliates register, keeping contact records in sync.
• Spreadsheet and creative tasks: Send event data to a new row in Google Sheets or upload creatives to Dropbox when related AffiliateWP events occur.
• API key authentication: Authenticate through AffiliateWP API Keys and the REST API Extended add-on when connecting AffiliateWP with Zapier.
