EventOn RSVP Events Add-on

The plugin adds RSVP features to EventON events, giving visitors a way to register without payment processing. Forms can appear inline or in a lightbox, and organizers can choose commonly used fields or add custom fields to collect event-specific details. RSVP content appears within the EventCard layout, where an event space progress bar can show reservation counts.

Organizers can set capacity limits for each event occurrence, control how many spaces a guest may reserve, and close RSVPs before an event starts. The dashboard includes RSVP statistics, attendee check-in, guest list management, and tools for emailing registrants. Guests can also view or change their RSVP status through the front-end manager.

• Flexible RSVP forms: Display RSVP forms inline or in a lightbox, toggle common fields, and add up to five custom fields such as dropdowns, checkboxes, and file uploads.
• Event capacity controls: Set capacity for each event occurrence and limit the number of spaces a guest can reserve. A minimum RSVP threshold is also available.
• Guest list display: Show attendees who are coming or not, with options to display full names or initials on the event.
• Guest RSVP management: Give guests a front-end area to view, update, or change their RSVP status, and use the dashboard to manage attendance and check-ins.
• Attendee communication: Send customized emails to confirmed guests, non-attending users, or all registrants, and receive daily RSVP summary emails.
• RSVP records and access: Export attendee data as a CSV file, restrict RSVP access to logged-in users, and use captcha validation to help reduce spam submissions.
