Gravity Perks Email Users

Following up with people who submit a form can take time, especially when messages need to reflect each person’s response. Gravity Perks Email Users lets you email respondents from the WordPress dashboard and filter entries with conditional logic. This suits follow-up surveys, event updates, donor progress reports, and notices about new opportunities.

Compose messages with a rich text editor, and use merge tags to add form information to the sender, recipient, subject, or message body. Preview emails before sending and save drafts for later review. Unsubscribe links can be included with the provided merge tags, giving site owners another option for managing email outreach.

Features

• Email form respondents: Send messages to people who submitted a form with an email field, using the WordPress dashboard for follow-up communication.
• Filter recipients by entry: Use conditional logic to select recipients based on information submitted through the form.
• Personalize with merge tags: Insert form entry details into the sender, recipient, subject line, or message body with merge tags.
• Format message content: Write and format emails in a rich text editor without needing to compose the message in HTML.
• Preview before sending: Review how an email will appear to recipients before sending it.
• Save email drafts: Save unfinished messages as drafts so you can return to them for review and completion later.
