Ninja Forms Multi-Part Forms

Long forms can feel like a lot to complete on a single page. This plugin lets you divide a form into separate pages, so visitors can work through one section at a time. Use it for event registrations, surveys, detailed contact forms, and other forms that collect information across several steps.

Build and organize multi-part forms with a drag-and-drop interface for pages and fields. You can set pages to appear based on a visitor’s answers, validate entries before visitors move ahead, and provide navigation buttons and progress indicators. A review page can also give visitors a chance to check their responses before submitting.

Features

• Multi-step form pages: Split a lengthy form into multiple pages, giving visitors distinct sections to complete instead of presenting every field at once.
• Drag-and-drop editing: Arrange form pages and fields with drag-and-drop controls to set the structure and order of a multi-part form.
• Conditional page display: Show or hide form pages based on user responses, so visitors can follow a path suited to the information they provide.
• Page-level validation: Check entries on each page before visitors continue, allowing them to address errors as they work through the form.
• Custom navigation buttons: Edit the Next and Previous buttons to give visitors clear controls for moving between form pages.
• Progress indicators: Add breadcrumbs or progress bars to show visitors where they are in the form and help them navigate its sections.
• Submission review page: Provide a final overview of a visitor’s responses before submission, giving them a chance to review their entries.
