The plugin puts Terms and Conditions in a modal popup on the checkout page, giving customers access to store policies while they complete an order. Store owners can also include the Privacy Policy, so customers can review both types of information in the same checkout flow.

You can adjust the popup’s size and style, choose an entrance animation, and set where acceptance checkboxes appear on the checkout page. Acceptance can use separate checkboxes for Terms and Privacy Policy or a combined checkbox. The plugin can also require customers to scroll through the terms before accepting them.
