The plugin lets WooCommerce stores accept major credit cards through Stripe. Store owners can choose a standard form, an embedded Stripe Elements form, or a hosted Stripe Checkout page. These options let a shop select a payment flow that fits its checkout setup, while customers can pay by card in the store’s online checkout.

Payment handling can be set to charge a customer at checkout or authorize the payment first and capture funds later. The plugin can collect billing and shipping details for card checks, keep a record of users with rejected payments for blacklist management, and process refunds from WooCommerce order pages. Webhooks sync payment status changes, including refunds and cancellations, between Stripe and the store.
