YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications Premium

Customers can receive SMS notifications about order updates, such as a change in status or shipment. Store owners choose which order statuses trigger messages, including custom statuses, and can let customers consent to SMS notifications with a checkout checkbox. This gives shoppers a way to receive order information by text and lets the store set its own notification rules.

The plugin also sends SMS alerts to administrators about store activity, including new, refunded, or shipped orders. Message text can be customized with placeholders for order details, and the sender name or number can be set to identify the store. Store owners can also send an additional message from an order’s details page and choose from more than 40 supported SMS gateways.

Features

• Order status alerts: Send SMS notifications to customers and administrators when an order changes status, keeping both parties informed about order activity.
• Status-based controls: Choose which order statuses trigger SMS notifications, including custom statuses, to control which changes prompt a message.
• Checkout consent option: Add a checkout checkbox where customers can consent to receiving SMS notifications about their orders.
• Custom message content: Edit SMS text to suit the store’s communication style and use placeholders to include dynamic order information.
• Sender details: Set a sender name and phone number so customers can identify the source of store messages.
