Gravity Forms NPS Survey Add-On

The plugin adds an NPS field to Gravity Forms, where respondents rate how likely they are to recommend a business on a fixed 0-to-10 scale. Responses are grouped as promoters, passives, or detractors, giving site owners a structured way to review customer sentiment alongside their form entries.

Results appear in the form's Entries area, with category counts, a mix bar, NPS over time, and a distribution of ratings. For forms with multiple NPS fields, results can be filtered, moved between fields, and collapsed. A shareable live report link also lets people view NPS results without a WordPress login.
