Affiliate Forms For Gravity Forms

This add-on connects Gravity Forms with AffiliateWP so you can build affiliate registration forms using Gravity Forms fields and layout controls. Add the information your program needs, including affiliate-specific fields, and shape the form around your signup process. Email is the only required field, which gives applicants the option to submit without filling in additional fields.

When an applicant submits a form, you can review their details on the affiliate approval screen. The original submission is also available from the affiliate's edit screen in WordPress. If the form has no username or password field, the plugin can create a username from the applicant's email address, generate a password, and email it to them.
