MediaPress User Watermark

User-uploaded images can be difficult to identify once they are shared or reused. MediaPress User Watermark applies a watermark automatically to images uploaded through MediaPress, so site owners do not have to add one to each image by hand. The plugin is designed for BuddyDev MediaPress websites, including communities and portfolios that host user-generated media.

Administrators can set the watermark text, adjust its size and opacity, and choose where it appears on an image. These options let site owners display a brand name, copyright information, or another message while tailoring its visibility and placement. Watermark settings are managed from the WordPress admin area.

Features

• Automatic image watermarking: The plugin adds watermarks to images uploaded by users through MediaPress, reducing the need to mark each image manually.
• Custom watermark text: Set the watermark wording to display a brand name, copyright information, or another message on user-uploaded images.
• Adjustable size and opacity: Control the watermark’s size and transparency to set how prominent it appears over an image.
• Flexible image placement: Choose a watermark position from the top-left, top-right, center, bottom-left, or bottom-right of the image.
• MediaPress integration: Designed for BuddyDev’s MediaPress gallery, the plugin applies watermarks to images users upload through that media setup.
• Admin watermark settings: Manage the watermark options from a settings interface within the WordPress admin area.
