Formidable Surveys

Use the survey builder to create forms with question types such as multiple choice, rating scales, and open-ended responses. Customize fonts, colors, and layouts to suit your website, and use conditional logic to show or hide questions based on a respondent’s answers.

Formidable Surveys includes reports and interactive charts for reviewing responses. Surveys use mobile-responsive layouts, and respondents can pause and continue later. The plugin also offers CAPTCHA and other anti-spam measures, along with options to export results in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats.

• Custom survey design: Adjust fonts, colors, and layouts to match your website’s branding and give surveys a consistent visual style.
• Flexible question types: Use multiple-choice questions, rating scales, and open-ended responses to collect different kinds of audience feedback.
