Formidable Quiz Maker

Creating an interactive quiz or assessment can take time, especially when you want questions and outcomes to respond to each participant. Formidable Quiz Maker gives you a drag-and-drop builder for putting quizzes, surveys, and assessments together without coding. It supports multiple question formats and conditional logic, so the path through a form can change based on a participant’s answers.

Use the plugin to display scores and results, gather email addresses and user data, and review responses through analytics and reporting. Customizable design options include responsive layouts, and multi-language support lets you create experiences for audiences in different languages. As an extension of Formidable Forms, it adds quiz-building capabilities to a WordPress site.
