Restrict Content Pro - Restrict Past Content

Older posts and pages can need different access rules from newer content. This plugin lets site owners restrict content published before a specified date, helping manage access to a back catalog while leaving newer posts available under their existing rules.

Set date-based rules for past content and choose which user roles or membership levels can view it. You can also exclude specific posts or pages from a rule, giving you control over which parts of your archive remain accessible. The plugin works with the Restrict Content Pro membership system.

Features

• Restrict by publish date: Set a date and restrict access to posts and pages published before it, so rules can target older content in your archive.
• Set access criteria: Apply restrictions according to user roles or membership levels to control who can view past posts and pages.
• Exclude selected content: Leave specific posts or pages outside a restriction rule while applying access limits to other past content.
• Automate restrictions: Define rules for older content and let the plugin enforce them automatically as content falls within the selected criteria.
• Works with Restrict Content Pro: Use the plugin with the Restrict Content Pro membership system to manage access to older content alongside your membership setup.
• Manage visibility settings: Use the plugin's settings interface to set and adjust rules for the visibility of past posts and pages.
