Field Icons Gravity Forms

The plugin adds icons beside individual Gravity Forms fields to help visitors recognize what each field is for. Choose an icon from the available library, then adjust its size, color, and placement to suit the form and your site's style. The plugin is designed for use without coding.

Use it on contact forms, surveys, registration pages, and other forms built with Gravity Forms. Field-level icons give forms a visual cue alongside their labels, helping visitors scan the fields as they move through a form. The responsive design keeps the icons suited to desktop and mobile screens.
