Pie Register Bulk Email

Sending announcements or newsletters to a site's registered users can require different messages for different groups. Pie Register Bulk Email lets administrators target users by role or registration form, so they can direct a message to a selected audience or broadcast it to all registered users. It fits sites that use Pie Register and need to communicate with their user base.

Administrators can compose messages, save them as drafts, and edit them before sending. Emails can go out immediately or be scheduled for a later date and time. Replacement keys can add recipient details such as name and email. Sent messages and drafts have separate management views, with information such as subject, form name, user role, and dates.

Features

• Target users by role: Send a message to all registered users or select recipients by user role to direct announcements and other emails to a chosen group.
• Target registration forms: Choose users based on the registration form they used, making it possible to send messages tailored to different groups.
• Send or schedule messages: Send an email immediately or set it to go out at a later date and time.
• Save and edit drafts: Keep messages as drafts while they are being prepared, then edit them before sending.
